Steve and Colleen Quadhamer started taking dance lessons when the empty nest syndrome set in with their three children going to college and getting married. They wanted something to do together and dance lessons not only allowed them time together but also time with friends. They learned to dance the waltz, cha cha, swing, line dances and more. Colleen could hear the beat and Steve knew music titles and artists.
Dancing evolved into the starting QUAD Sound DJ and Karaoke Service. Although both have their day jobs, the DJ business is their fun job! QUAD Sound was established in 1997 and today QUAD Sound provides music at more than 130 events per year and employs eight dedicated and professional DJs.
QUAD Sound is a fully insured company and are members in good standing with ASCAP and BMI. With 20,000 songs in our music library we can provide the music from the 1920's to today's top 40's and music varieties from classic rock to country to hip hop. The professional grade equipment provide excellent sound system which can accomendate for narrow reception rooms or an outdoor settings.
